well lets see. for my cartooning I use flash and you just have to stay loose. Photoshop I only use for my digital paintings. If you're trying to get good line weight and freedom in your lines, I would use flash.

I made the photo manipulation, but I didn't do much really, I didn't know what i was supposed to do and I didn't want to get too carried away because of my style you wouldn't have liked it.
And if you like it or not don't be afraid to tell me, it seriously didn't take me long.
